Why am I getting 401?

Send an active API key as Authorization: Bearer acx_… or X-Api-Key. A revoked key must be replaced in your integration. Keep your key on your server.

Why am I getting 402 or 429?

402 means there is not enough prepaid API balance for the check. 429 means too many checks are already running on the account. Read GET /balance, add funds if needed, and retry concurrency errors after some checks finish.

Why aren’t webhooks arriving?

Check the configured URL and last delivery status in the developer dashboard or GET /webhook. Your endpoint must be reachable and return a 2xx response within 10 seconds. Confirm that your signature verification uses the raw body and the current signing secret. Poll the check if a delivery is missing.
