Our guarantee
If a document checked through our platform scores 0% and Turnitin scores that same document at 20% or more, we refund your subscription.
Turnitin doesn't provide a score below 20%. If a document scores between 1–19%, an asterisk is displayed instead of a percentage, with no highlights provided. This means that if your professor was to look at a report showing an asterisk, there would be no noticeable difference from one with a 0% score. Effectively, any score below 20% can be treated as 0%.
We are extremely confident that our classifier is 100% accurate to that of Turnitin's on low-scoring documents, hence why we are opting to back our claims up with a guarantee.
